Abstract:This paper studies the use of China listed company’s human resource information system effect on organizational performance, we find that financial organizational performance is consistent with the satisfaction of HRIS, that subsystem using satisfactory degree is not correlated to organizational performance at financial level, that HRIS decision support information degree is consistent with organizational performance, subsystem information degree, nonfinancial level and that the higher of HRIS’ using will make better nonfinancial organizational performance.
