| 德育过程的理论是确定德育方针、原则、途径和方法的理论基础,也是德育学理论体系中核心内容之一.值得注意的是,德育过程包含了相互作用的两个方面,一是教育者对受教育者实施德育的过程,二是受教育者对德育的接受过程.显然,德育的效果不仅取决于教育者实施德育的过程,更取决于受教育者接受德育的过程.然而,在德育实践中,人们有意或无意地将德育过程等同于前一过程,以致将受教育者视为被动的接受客体,在德育方法、途径上显得简单、机械,导致德育的功能没有得到充分发挥,德育的实效性也较低. |
