| 进入经济转型期以来,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制和教育体制改革的不断深入和完善,高等教育逐渐从精英教育走向大众教育,大学毕业生就业体系也发生了巨大的变化,就业制度由过去的“统包统分”到“供需见面、双向选择”的改革,再到现在建立的“双向选择、不包分配、竞争上岗、择优录用”的就业模式。在新的形势下,过去曾是“皇帝的女儿不愁嫁”的艺术类大学毕业生如何面对现实,在社会中找准自己的位置,是教育工作者和每个大学毕业生及其家长所关注的热点问题。 |

| After entering economic transitional period,with increasingly deepening and completing of China's socialism market economy system and education system reform,higher education gradually becomes mass edu- cation from elite education,employment system of college students changed a lot,the employment system was reformed from“centralized placement of college graduates”to“double selections after interview between un- dergraduates and working units”,to the employment mode of“double selections after the interview,self- placement,competing with the working opportunities and selecting better college undergraduates to have work- ing opportunities”.Under the new situation,how college undergraduates majored in arts,“who were not wor- rying about finding jobs like the daughters of kings”,face the reality and correctly find their places in society is a focused issue for educators,college students and the parents of college students to concern. |
