| 综述了蓝萼香茶菜中发现的二萜化学结构及其药理活性，以及为提高蓝萼香茶菜二萜抗肿瘤活性进行的结构修饰和剂型改造研究，分析了当前蓝萼香茶菜二萜研究中的不足，展望了开发蓝萼香茶菜二萜临床用药今后的研究方向，为我国广泛分布、服用安全的植物药蓝萼香茶菜的物质基础研究、资源深度开发和其中富含的二萜抗肿瘤药物研发提供了参考。 |

| In this paper, the chemical structures and pharmacological activities of diterpenoids from isodon japonica var.glaucocalyx were reviewed, and the research on modification of chemical structure and dosage form of the diterpenoids to improve the antitumor activity was also reviewed. Meanwhile, the deficiencies in the current research on diterpenoids from isodon japonica var.glaucocalyx were analyzed, and the future research direction of the development of clinical drug use of the diterpenoids from isodon japonica var.glaucocalyx was prospected. It provides a reference for the material basis research and resource development of the plant, which is safe and widely distributed in China. Meanwhile, it has accumulated data for the research and development of the diterpenoids as anti tumor drugs. |
