| 针对重庆机场行李自动分拣系统中PLC控制系统的故障处置，说明了PLC在行李分拣系统中的作用，以及行李系统中现有PLC控制系统的现状，总结了行李系统运行过程中的三大故障类型，分别简要分析了故障的原因，进而提出了一种基于故障现象的故障反查追踪体系，分别对PLC的电源模块、输入/输出模块、网络通信模块等关键设备的故障诊断进行了详细说明;总结出了具体的故障处置方法，并形成故障反查追踪体系。 |

| For fault handling of PLC control system in automatic baggage sorting system of Chongqing Airport, this paper describes the important function of PLC in baggage sorting system and the current situation of present PLC control system in baggage system, summaries three fault types in the process of baggage operation, briefly analyzes the reasons for the faults respectively, further proposes a kind of fault checking and tracing system based on faults, in detail illustrates fault diagnosis of PLC key devices such as power module, input/output module, network communication module and so on, summaries practical fault treatment methods and forms fault checking and tracing system. |
