| 针对甘肃省2006-2017年入境旅游收入和入境旅游接待人数统计数据,提出了甘肃省入境旅游流流量与流质演化的特征;将甘肃省入境旅游流流量与流质的演变进行匹配度研究;结果表明：流量指数整体增加，但部分时间点或时间段内有所下降；下降原因，一是世界经济危机的爆发，二是甘肃省旅游产品存在缺少创新，旅游魅力下降;甘肃省整体上旅游流质量欠佳，流质指数趋于下降,原因在于入境旅游开发理念上重视规模忽视效益，开发举措上新型的休闲度假类、专题类产品和项目不足，观光类产品过剩，产业消费链条狭窄，旅游供需不匹配，导致经济效益问题严重。 |

| Abstract: |
| According to the statistical data of inbound tourism income and inbound tourism reception in Gansu Province during 2006-2017, the characteristics of inbound tourism flow quantity and the evolution of inbound flow quality are presented. The research on the matching degree of the evolution of inbound tourism flow quantity and quality in Gansu Province is conducted and the results show that the overall flow quantity index increases but part of time points and part of periods decreases, that the reason for the declining is the outbreak of the world economic crisis and the insufficient innovation of tourism products of Gansu Province. The quality of tourism flow in Gansu Province as a whole is not good and the index of flow quality tends to decline, the main reason for this is that the inbound tourism development idea pays more attention to scale but neglects the benefits, and that there is short of new type vacation and specific products and projects but sightseeing products are surplus so that industrial consumption chain narrows and the supply and demand of tourism products are mismatched, which result in serious economic problem. |
