| 针对小商贩与城管执法人员之间的冲突问题进行分析，找出问题存在的主要原因，提出相关对策建议;首先基于进化博弈理论，建立小商贩和城管执法人员之间的进化博弈模型，将动态演化过程融入模型，更好地反映博弈主体的策略改进过程，并利用软件对演化过程进行模拟仿真；其次通过对各博弈主体复制动态方程的分析，得出系统不同初始状态下，各博弈主体的最终稳定策略；结果显示：小商贩和城管执法人员选择何种策略，与系统初始状态的参数有关;同时城管问题的进化博弈分析对于规范市场秩序、美化城市市容具有一定的指导意义。 |

| This paper analyzes the conflicts between small traders and urban management officers, finds out the main causes of the problems, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, based on the evolutionary game theory, the evolutionary game model between small traders and urban management officers is established. The dynamic evolution process is integrated into the model, which can reflect the strategy improvement process of the game subject, and simulate the evolution process by software. Secondly, the analysis of the dynamic equations of each game agent is conducted. The final stability strategy of each game subject is obtained under different initial conditions.The results show that the strategies adopted by small traders and urban management officers are related to the parameters of the initial state of the system. At the same time, the evolutionary game analysis of urban management has certain guiding significance for standardizing the market order and beautifying the appearance of the city. |
