针对传统的相位噪声分析方法无法得到PLL的动态行为这一缺陷,提出通过线性叠加的方法来分析PLL中噪声的动态行为;首先理论分析了PLL各模块的相位噪声模型以及各模块相位噪声对总的相位噪声的贡献;随后以LMK04806的第二级锁相环PLL2为例,采用控制变量法,使用PLL仿真软件进行仿真分析,通过仿真数据说明各参数对总的相位噪声影响大小;最后结合具体实例验证了方法对PLL相噪设计具有指导意义。 |

Abstract: |
As it can not get the dynamic behavior of PLL when using the traditional phase noise analysis method,the method of linear superposition is proposed to analyze the dynamic behavior of PLLs phase noise.Firstly,the phase noise model of each module of PLL is theoretically analyzed,and the contribution of the phase noise of each module to the total phase noise of the output clock is given.Then,the PLL device LMK04806 is taken as an example,the PLL simulation software is used to illustrate the influence of the parameters of PLL on the total phase noise by simulation data.Finally,a case is used to show that this method is of guiding significance for PLL design. |
