| 通过对城市洪涝灾害的概述和对海绵城市政策的回顾和解读,提出了城市的建设应从灰色基础设施向绿色基础设施转变的新概念；同时结合国内海绵城市建设剖析了美国纽约市绿色基础建设规划的具体5项内容，最后提出了适用在我国海绵城市建设过程中的具体建议。 |

| By brief description of urban flood disaster and by review and interpretation of sponge city policies, this paper puts forward the new concept of city construction from grey infrastructure construction to green infrastructure construction, meanwhile analyzes real five contents of New York City green infrastructure construction in the United States based on domestic sponge city construction, and finally gives real suggestions for applicable China’s sponge city construction. |
