| 分析了城市交通中乘车难的现状及主要原因，针对出租车乘车难的几种主要情况提出了基于打车软件服务平台的各种补贴方案，给出了出租车司机不挑单、不拒载、愿意接单的利益驱动激励机制，首次建立了4种情形下的出租车司机补贴最佳方案模型，有效定量地解决了出租车市场的乘车难的现实问题。 |

| This paper analyzes the current situation and the main reason for the difficulty in taking a taxi in urban transport,presents some subsidy schemes based on taxi services software for several difficult circumstances,gives a profit driven motivation mechanism with drivers not refusing to take passengers,a best solution model was established for the first time for subsidies of taxi drivers in four circumstances and solves practical problems of difficulty in taxi taking quantitatively and effectively. |
