| 新生代农民工作为当前农民工的重要组成部分，关注其各类需求状况对推动社会进步起着至关重要的作用，而体育文化需求被视为其真正融入城市的重要指标之一；结合新生代农民工融入城市过程中体育文化需求现状及当前存在的问题，深入分析原因，并通过“政府主导、企业共建、社会参与”三位一体的方式构建一个完整的公共体育文化服务体系，实现优势互补，缩减社会距离。 |

| Abstract: |
| New generation migrant workers，as an important part of present migrant workers，play a critical role in boosting social progress through concerning about their all kinds of demand situations，however，sports culture demand is regarded as one of the important indicators for them to really integrate into the cities. Based on the status quo of sports culture demand in the process of the integration of the new generation migrant workers into the cities and their present problems，a complete public sports culture service system is constructed by government led，enterprise co constructed and society participated three dimension community via deep analysis of the causes so that the advantages can support each other and social distance can be shortened. |
