| 摘要: |
| 通过对重庆市开设有体育专业的重庆大学、西南大学、重庆师范大学、重庆工商大学、重庆三峡学院、重庆文理学院、长江师范学院、重庆邮电大学等学校的体育专业学生培养现状的调研，应用专家访谈，调查法和个别学生交流等方法，发现：目前重庆市高校体育专业在学生培养目标、课程设置上存在着很大程度的相似性，体育专业学生就业压力凸显等问题。面对社会对体育人才需求的多层次性，复合型，高校体育教育必须加强体育专业人才的综合素质的培养，拓展体育专业大学生的就业面，以达到人才培养与社会需求的相互促进。 |
