| 摘要: |
| 教育的均衡发展作为一项根本性和长远性的工作，是城乡教育统筹发展的关键。通过调查显示重庆市城乡学校体育在发展机会、指导思想、体育资源、制度落实情况等方面差异显著，严重制约着农村学校体育的发展。为此提出加大农村学校体育发展力度，立足教育公平；建立城乡体育教育动态互补的长效协调发展机制，实现城乡体育教育的一体化；根据重庆农村学校体育实际，发展特色体育等建议发展农村学校体育，缩小城乡学校体育的差距。 |

| Abstract: |
| Balanced development of education is the key of urban-rural educational comprehensive development as a fundamental and long-term work. Through the survey of urban-rural school P.E of Chongqing,there have significance of difference on opportunities for advancement, idea of direction, P.E resources , System implementation etc.It seriously constraints to the P.E development of rural school. Therefore ,it proposes to strengthen the rural school P.E development intensity, keeps on education justice; establishs on development mechanism with long-acting and coordination of urban-rural P.E, carrys out integration on urban-rural P.E; and develops local sports according to the fact on rural school P.E of Chongqing etc, suggestes on developing rural school P.E and reduces differences on urban-rural P.E. |
