| 摘要: |
| 介绍了ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的相关概念，进而对微藻生产ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的国内外研究进展进行了研究；探讨了微藻细胞内ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸合成的主要途径，EPA和DHA组成及含量，菌种的筛选，微藻的培养方式以及EPA和DHA的提取等；最后提出了优化微藻生产ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸技术的建议。 |
