| 摘要: |
| 利用特征矩阵法讨论了一维三元光子晶体的偏振特性。结果表明,在一级禁带内,光子晶体对S偏振光形成了全方位光子带隙;对P偏振光,禁带宽度随入射角的增大而减小,且只在禁带短波区域形成全方位光子带隙,而在禁带长波区域,随着入射角的变化将出现透射峰,存在明显的“广义布儒斯特角”,各波长对应的“广义布儒斯特角”随波长增大而减小,透射峰半角宽度增大,透射峰个数逐渐增加. |
