| 依据重庆市2009年的统计数据，建立一个综合的评价体系，利用因子分析方法，对重庆市各个区县进行综合评价；并按照该评价体系对各个区县进行评分；最后，根据评分结果，把重庆40个区县分为4类地区，提出了一个总体发展思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| According to statistical data of Chongqing in 2009,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system,uses factor analysis to makes the economic development of each coutry or district of Chongqing based on this evaluation system,classifies 40 counties or districts into four class areas according to gradign results and propose an overall development plan. |
