| 摘要：针对目前棚户区改造项目社会评价研究不足的现状，介绍了棚户区改造工程的定义、性质
及其社会评价的重要性，指出棚户区改造项目的社会评价有别于经济评价，在项目具有生存能力的
前提下，研究了其社会效益；以重庆某区县工矿棚户区为例，选取以社会效益为中心的评价指标和
因素，建立棚户区改造工程社会评价指标体系，确定各个指标的权重，运用模糊综合评价法对重庆市
某区县工矿棚户区改造工程进行量化的社会评价，为类似项目的社会评价及可行性研究提供参考。 |
