| 从自组织形成机理的角度分析了企业信息化的动力、内涵,认为企业自身的自组织进程和其信息子系统的自组织进程交织在一起,构成企业信息化的复杂性,信息化成败的关键在于创造适合企业信息化自组织进化的条件,激发企业信息化的自组织进程,提出信息子系统必须与企业整体进化过程相匹配,尤其应该重视人的作用和信息子系统建设过程中所形成的工作规范、习惯和模式。 |
