| 摘要: |
| 应用"索洛余数"的测算方法和重庆市1978-2001年的实际数据,并通过计量经济检验,测算出重庆市该期间的科技进步对经济增长的贡献率平均值为23.27%。探究了该贡献率的成因,在横向比较中得出该贡献率滞后于我国东、中、西部省市的客观结论。基于实证分析的结论启示是:重庆市应以西部开发、振兴老工业基地为契机,把经济增长方式转向依靠科技进步的集约化发展道路上来。 |
