| 根据资源基础理论,物流外包是一种战略选择,可以弥补企业在物流资源和能力上的缺陷。企业实施物流外包战略,可以减少在物流设备、物流管理和物流运作上的资本投入,从而把有限的资源投在核心能力和核心业务上,在降低机会成本和投资风险的同时,增强企业的核心能力和核心业务。 |
