| 摘要: |
| 以24篇公开发表的有关大学生择业观的调查与研究报告为样本,通过不同地域、不同学校、不同专业大学生对择业影响因素重要性的排序和选择职业、单位、就业地域的态度分析大学生的择业观。研究表明,追求物质利益、关注自我发展是当代大学生择业观的重要特点,而这种择业观的成因与大学招生就业制度的改革、现代社会整体的价值取向密切相关。 |
