摘要: |
通过对企业竞争力理论和企业人力资源竞争力的概述,阐释了人力资源竞争力理论来源于企业竞争力理论,以及人力资源竞争力在构筑企业竞争力、获得企业竞争优势中的关键作用,并初步构建了企业人力资源竞争力模型,进而初步设计了企业人力资源竞争力测评指标体系,最后对企业人力资源竞争力研究的相关问题做了说明。 |
