| 摘要: |
| 建筑能耗在总能耗中占有重要地位,且在一定时期内其比重随人均收入水平的增加而提高。我国建筑节能面临的主要问题有开发商缺乏建造节能建筑的激励;供热收费制度改革滞后;建筑物使用寿命过短;毛坯房大量上市,二次装修导致巨大浪费。应从规划和设计的源头入手,完善法规体系并加大监管和执法力度,制定并实施经济鼓励政策,通过宣传教育提高公众的认知程度,以技术创新引领、促进建筑节能的快速发展。 |
