| 人们对利益的追求是社会发展的直接动力。和谐农村的构建,核心问题就是如何改变农民各利益主体的利益长期以来得不到重视的处境。改革20多年来,中国农村内部社会结构的多元化使计划经济时代遗留下来的利益表达机制已远不能适应当代农民利益表达的需求。因此,如何完善农民利益表达机制就成了构建和谐农村的关键。从农村社会结构变化入手分析完善利益表达机制对构建和谐农村的重大意义。 |
