| 摘要: |
| 近年来,山西农民收入有了很大提高,主要取决于政府支农力度加大、农村税费改革成功、农产品产量和价格双向拉动以及农村劳动力转移与就业环境改善等因素。但是,支农投资不可能增长太快,靠政策性因素的投资也会使得农民增收缺乏稳定的基础;在农产品相对过剩的情形下,通过提高农产品的价格对农民增收的作用也会趋缓;另外,由于多种因素,农村劳动力转移对农民收入提高不会太快。这样,要保障山西农民收入持续、稳定的增加就必须加快山西农业产业化的步伐。 |
