| 阐述了农业和非农产业的概念;指出劳动力配置具有自然规律,社会劳动力在各个产业之间的配置结构,主要是由生产力发展水平决定的;分析了新中国成立以来,宏观劳动力配置的两次较大失误;得出收入分配的重大差别,从根本上说是由就业岗位差别造成的;劳动力配置失误消除了,就业岗位与就业者素质相适应了,社会就和谐了。 |
