| 2004年以来,中央政府综合运用经济、法律手段及必要的行政手段,以区别对待和循序渐进的方式。对房地产业连续出台了一系列宏观调控政策。总体来看,调控初见成效。但房地产市场仍然存在住房供给结构不合理、部分城市房价上涨太快、中低收入居民住房难以满足等问题。亟需在总结经验的基础上。继续加强和完善住宅的宏观调控政策。 |
