| 摘要: |
| 野生稻资源中潜存着大量的抗真菌性、细菌性病害资源,因其长期处在野生状态,经受各种自然灾害和不良环境的选择,从而具有很强的抗逆特性,其中研究得最多的特性就是耐寒性。综述了野生稻在抗病、虫、草害及抗逆性等方面的种质资源研究应用现状,指出从野生稻活体中提取抗原载入受体植物使受体植物产生抗性,从而达到抗逆目的的方法,但在技术上还需继续完善。 |
