| 摘要: |
| 采用Lineweaver-Burk作图方法研究了苯甲酸钠和氰化钠对酪氨酸酶催化的二羟基苯基丙氨酸氧化反应的抑制作用,结果显示苯甲酸钠提高了米氏常数Km,而其最大反应速度Vmax保持不变;氰化钠降低了最大反应速度Vmax,但是其反应的米氏常数Km却保持不变。表明苯甲酸钠对酪氨酸酶催化的二羟基苯基丙氨酸氧化反应的抑制机制为竞争性抑制,而氰化钠对其反应的抑制机制为非竞争性抑制。 |
