| 本文将产业结构作为溢出途径，采用2006—2016年我国30个省市区的面板数据，研究了我国对外直接投资对国内二氧化碳排放所产生的影响。研究发现：从全国来看，对外直接投资通过作用于产业结构，显著增加了对我国二氧化碳排放。分地区来看，在考虑了对外直接投资影响之后，东部地区，产业结构合理化和高级化对二氧化碳排放均具有显著的促进作用；中部地区，产业结构合理化对碳排放具有显著性的促进作用，但对于碳排放来说，产业结构高级化对其影响并不明显；西部地区，产业结构合理化和高级化对二氧化碳排放的影响均不显著。在我国开放、共享、绿色发展背景下，引导对外直接投资时，不仅要考虑对国际贸易和产业结构等方面影响，也要充分考虑对国内生态环境的影响，以促进我国的绿色发展。 |

| With the panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities of China from 2006 to 2016 and with industrial structure as spillover channels, this paper studies the impact of outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) on the emission of CO2 in China. The results show that by exerting impact on industrial structure, OFDI hinders the effect of rationalization of industrial structure on the emission of CO2 while strengthening the role of superiority of industrial structure in accelerating the emission of CO2. In China’s eastern region, through rationalization of industrial structure and upgrading of industrial structure, OFDI has promoted the emission of CO2. In central region, OFDI has also exerted positive impact on CO2 emission through industrial structure while only its impact through rationalization of industrial structure has the statistical significance but the influence of the superiority of industrial structure on the carbon dioxide emission is not significant. In western region, although the impact of OFDI through industrial structure on CO2 is positive, there is no statistical significance for the two of them. Therefore, this paper holds the idea that under the background of China’s open, shared and green development, more attention ought to be paid to the overall effect of OFDI on the domestic ecological environment, especially on industrial structure and carbon emission at home, so as to boost China’s green development. |
