| 改革开放以来,我国西北地区经济发展经历了巨大的结构变迁, 同时结构变迁也深刻影响了西北地区经济的发展.在西部开发的新阶段,西北地区要加快市场一体化建设力度,形成高效的资源配置新机制,促进落后生产方式的转变,通过多元化所有制格局的形成,发育产业,实现区域内外协调可持续发展. |

| Abstract: |
| Since the reform and opening to outside world,enormous structure changes have taken place in the northwest regional economic development.At the same time,structure changes influenced the development of northwest economy deeply.In the new stage of westem development,western areas should speed up market integration,from hihgly efficient resources allocation mechanism,speed up production method change at backward area and realize sustainable development between inside and outside of westem areas by caltivating ownership and industries. |
