| 湘鄂渝黔边区域经济发展的特征表现为欠发达性、不协调性和不可持续性.按照区域经济学的基本理论,边区必须利用各自的比较优势,进行经济合作,协同发展.而就湘鄂黔渝边区而言,必须首先进行发展政策的协同,即:建立有力的区域发展协同机制以营造良好的发展环境,规范和协调产业布局,促进人才合理流动,实现区域全面、协调、可持续发展. |

| Abstract: |
| Characteristics of regional economy of border area of Xiang,E,Yu and Qian show undevelopment,uncoordinative and unsustainable.According to basic theories of economics,the border areas must make use of their relative advantages respectively to make economic cooperation and coordinated development.This paper analyses the basic principles for coordinated development of regional economy of the border area,and then proposes the policy framework for the regional economy's coordinated and sustainable development by standardizing industrial allocation and promoting talents flow. |
