While China's blog is rapidly developing,the unharmonious words in blog world are more and more increased and the bloggers' words raise a new question in current laws.Bloggers' words should be protected by freedom of speech and that bloggers are given freedom of speech is the demand of embodying core characteristics of the bloggers.The speech of the bloggers should have its inner restriction and should seek dynamic balance between self-restriction of the bloggers,ethical standard of blog world and external legal methods so as to restrict the speech of bloggers and to maintain rational order of the speech of the bloggers.
