In social transitional period,China's higher learning institutions are seriously challenged by frequent corruption.The corruption of higher learning institutions not only hampers the reform and development of higher education but also endangers the future of China and Chinese because the corruption directly and indirectly affects the youth.In the twenty-first century,China's colleges and universities hold the great mission "to use science and education to vitalize China".Deeply studying the inherent mechanism of propagating and popularizing corruption in higher learning institutions and eliminating and reducing the corruption behaviors from its root are of important significance not only to self-reform and development of higher learning institutions but also to development and progress of the whole society.
