Abstract:This paper starts its discussion from the digital-driven transformation of the relationship between academic journals and users. The relationship evolves from a one-way transaction connection, shallow guidance, and short-term random authority obedience relationship to multi-agent interactive emotional communication, indepth cooperation and common prosperity, and long-term stable equality relationship. On this basis, the paper delves deeply into the hidden social, growth, and value-realization needs of scholars. In order to fully meet the needs of users, it is proposed that academic journals need to transform to a full range of services, the whole process of communication and the whole cycle of guidance, and jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of academic journals through full participation, multi-channel talent training, diversified incentives, and multidepartment cooperation, so as to promote the prosperity and development of academic research.
