Abstract:The construction of a new rural industrial production and operation system is not only an important aspect of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization but also a vital means to advance common prosperity. This article focuses on the operation status and constraints of rural industrial services, and from the perspective of product service supply chain, combined with the stage characteristics of rural industrial services, attempts to construct a network organizational framework for rural product service supply chain. The organizational framework integrates multiple actors, complex exogenous scenarios, three-dimensional mutual embedding fluid, product service value, and other dimensions. Meanwhile, the paper further designs the main and auxiliary realization pathways for the rural product service supply chain. The analysis of these pathways indicates that, under the institutional arrangements of multiple driving and supporting factors, following a path orientation of “system triggering, resource action, value co-creation, and performance evaluation” can facilitate the efficient operation of the rural product service supply chain, thereby providing new ideas for the high-quality development of rural industries.
