Abstract:The “Three Musts” represents an important spiritual impetus for the Communist Party of China (CPC) to further grasp the historical initiative, insight into the current situation, and continue historical tasks based on the “Two Musts”. It has profound spiritual and cultural roots. The “Three Musts” highlights the historical origins of China’s excellent traditional culture, adheres to the “ambition” and “people-oriented” thoughts contained in traditional culture, inherits the sense of danger and crisis contained in traditional culture, and continues the spirit of struggle contained in traditional culture. Continuing the red bloodline of Chinese revolutionary culture, the “Three Musts” embody the cultural consciousness of the Marxist political party standing firmly with the people, the cultural practice of the spirit of the great founding of the Party, and the cultural inheritance of the “Two Musts” of the older generation of revolutionaries. The “Three Musts” deeply embeds the practical orientation of the advanced socialist culture, providing a profound and lasting spiritual force for carrying forward the ideological advantages of the Chinese Communists, building the theoretical foundation of the Marxist party, and promoting the realization of the Party’s central tasks on the new journey.
