区块链嵌入供应链监管治理的研究——以有机农产品供应链为例

    摘要:

    针对有机农产品质量追溯系统缺乏事前事中监管以及监管治理措施缺乏动态性的问题,探索区块链技术嵌入后的监管治理策略。提出以区块链的共识机制实现欺诈惩罚,以区块链的激励机制实现声誉评分机制,以区块链的智能合约实现保证金机制,促进有机农产品供应链主体的合作,实现有机追溯和监管的一体化。构建有机农产品供应链系统内有机农产品生产者与加工企业间的演化博弈模型,分析多元监管机制下各主体的决策和双方决策间的互动规律,以及最优策略抉择行为。以五常大米为研究案例,对相关结论和变化进行验证分析。研究结果显示,区块链嵌入能有效改善有机产品生产企业与加工企业之间的信任关系,促进诚信交易,提升有机农产品供应链事前和事后治理水平,并促进区块链技术的落地应用。

    Abstract:

    Addressing the issues related to the lack of proactive and in-process regulatory oversight, as well as the lack of dynamism in regulatory measures within organic agricultural product quality traceability systems, this study explores regulatory governance strategies with blockchain technology embedded. It proposes using blockchain’s consensus mechanism to enforce fraud punishment, blockchain’s incentive mechanism to implement reputation scoring mechanisms, and blockchain’s smart contracts to realize deposit mechanisms, thereby promoting cooperation among stakeholders in the organic agricultural product supply chain and achieving the integration of organic traceability and supervision. An evolutionary game model is constructed between producers and processors of organic agricultural products in the organic agricultural products supply chain system to analyze the decision-making of each subject, the interaction patterns between the two parties’ decisions, and the optimal strategic choices under the multiple regulatory mechanisms. Taking Wuchang rice as a research case, the relevant conclusions and changes are verified and analyzed. The research results show that the embedding of blockchain can effectively improve trust relations between organic product manufacturing enterprises and processing enterprises, promote honest transactions, enhance the pre- and post-governance levels of organic agricultural product supply chains, and facilitate the practical application of blockchain technology.
