Abstract:The comprehensive promotion of ideological and political education through all curricula is an important way for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people, a key measure to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in all respects, and one of the important ways to implement the spirit of the National Undergraduate Education Work Conference for Higher Education in the New Era, promote the “four returns”, and deepen the reform of undergraduate education and teaching. Based on the CIPP model, this paper used the literature survey to study the construction of the evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education through all curricula in colleges and universities. The survey found that the evaluation of ideological and political education through all curricula paid too much attention to the results and ignored the course implementation process or the impact of environmental factors. Therefore, this research constructs the evaluation system of ideological and political education through all curricula from four parts: the environment of ideological and political education through all curricula, the allocation of resources for ideological and political education through all curricula, implementation links of ideological and political education through all curricula, and implementation effects of ideological and political education through all curricula. The purpose of the research is to promote the implementation of ideological and political education through all curricula in colleges and universities and to improve the quality of higher education and teaching.
