Abstract:The fundamental purpose of “action” consciousness in educational practice is to eliminate the tension between educational theory and practice, and to restore the nature of producing education through creation. Based on the connotation of action theory, this paper reflects on the mechanism of educational action which indicates that action and practice are “interactive” human creative activities. Educational action and educational practice have internal unity, and it is necessary to integrate educational practice into the category of action, so as to break the theoretical inertia of educational practice, and regard the educational practice as an action process in which people face each other, interact with each other and have innovative spirit. At the same time, educational action has the attributes of subjectivity, communication, generation and publicity. Therefore, the educational practice based on “action” should take critical reflection, exploration and innovation, and wisdom construction as the action rules, highlight the individualized cultivation of education and the formation of creative quality, and promote the overall development of students.
