Abstract:In view of the serious misconduct in the medical beauty service market, we explore how to effectively regulate the medical beauty service market. The game model of medical beauty service provider-consumergovernment participation was constructed, and the factors influencing the strategy choice of the three participating parties were analyzed. Simulation analysis was conducted using realistic data to effectively validate the findings of the game analysis. The study found that the compensation paid by medical beauty institutions to consumers, the cost difference between qualified and unqualified services provided by medical beauty institutions, and the penalty imposed by the government were the main factors affecting government regulation. The loss caused by providing unqualified services to the government, the intensity of punishment imposed by the government on medical beauty institutions, and the cost of government supervision directly affect the supply of qualified services by medical beauty institutions. The main factors affecting consumer rights protection are the compensation paid by medical beauty institutions and the cost of consumer rights protection. Countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of ensuring the effectiveness of consumer supervision and improving the effectiveness of government supervision.
