Abstract:In recent years, medical disputes have been brought into the framework of social dispute govern_x005fance and transformed into a social governance problem. The frequent occurrence of malignant medical incidents indicates that medical disputes have not been effectively managed. The current practice of medical dispute governance can be attributed to the problem-oriented governance model. This governance model focuses on the obvious problems in medical disputes, but neglects the internal logic of their occurrence and development. It can not cure the causes of medical disputes, and there is an inherent barrier of vision. The crux lies in the fact that this governance model emphasizes the static structural analysis of medical disputes and neglects its dynamic process. To overcome this visual barrier, we should understand the medical disputes from the perspective of process and understand the treatment practice of medical disputes with process thinking, and introduce process analysis into the specific treatment of medical disputes, which can not only treat cases, but also radically cure the cause facts, and shape the process treatment mode of medical disputes, so as to achieve comprehensive, holistic, dynamic and root-cause treatment of medical disputes.
