    摘要:

    推动学术期刊向“专、精、特、新”方向发展,是新时代学术期刊高质量发展的取向选择。 其中, 专业化是综合性学术期刊转型发展的重要方向,精品化是学术期刊增强自身核心竞争力的必由之路,特 色化是破解学术期刊同质化难题的有效举措,创新是学术期刊走向卓越的第一动力。 学术期刊的专业 化、精品化、特色化、创新型并不是割裂的,而是相互联系、相互作用的,构成一个有机的统一整体,有着密 切的内在逻辑关联。 新时代推动学术期刊高质量发展,应引导鼓励综合性学术期刊探索多元化的专业化 办刊之路,不断优化学术期刊布局结构;创精品化期刊,加强学术期刊品牌建设和运营;各显其能办特色 化期刊,增强期刊核心竞争力;打造创新型期刊,充分发挥创新引领作用。

    Abstract:

    Promoting the development of academic journals in the direction of “ specialization, branded, specialty and innovation” is the orientation choice for the high-quality development of academic journals in the new era. Among them, specialization is an important direction for the transformation and development of comprehensive academic journals; branded is the only way for academic journals to enhance their core competitiveness; specialty is an effective measure to solve the problem of homogenization of academic journals; innovation is the first driving force for academic journals to become outstanding. The specialization, branded, specialty and innovation of academic journals are not separated, but interrelated and interactive. They form an organic and unified whole and have a close internal logical connection. In order to promote the high-quality development of academic journals in the new era, we should guide and encourage comprehensive academic journals to explore a diversified and professional way of running journals, and constantly optimize the layout structure of academic journals; create branded journals and strengthen the brand construction and operation of academic journals; show the ability to run characteristic periodicals and enhance the core competitiveness of periodicals; create innovative journals and give full play to the leading role of innovation.
