Abstract:The construction of the internal performance evaluation system of the county-level media convergence center is the core measure to innovate the internal management mechanism and achieve deep convergence. As a result, it is essential to build and improve the new pattern of social governance at grassroots and the specifications of the county-level integration media center are briefly described as “media service, the Party building service, government affairs service, public service as well as value-added service”. Based on the regional economy, culture, local social governance and institutional innovation level of the county-level media convergence center, the internal organizational structure, job tasks, work content and process of the county-level financial media center will be comprehensively measured. On the basis of the development vision of the county-level media convergence center, it is necessary to comprehensively set up assessment indicators and evaluation standards such as political orientation, performance, attitude, ability, and the application level of new media technology. In addition, after receiving feedback through continuous and comprehensive communication with employees, the evaluation system framework such as relevant performance evaluation indicators and applications will be adjusted. Finally, a relatively stable and open internal performance evaluation system that conforms to the law of media convergence and development and the individual characteristics of county-level media convergence centers will be constructed.
