新经济背景下的企业竞争面临着一系列新变化:新竞争环境下企业竞争的技术基础、制度基础 与市场基础的转变,竞争逻辑范式与竞争核心的转变。一系列新变化的出现对企业竞争优势的培育提出 了新的时代要求。以贯彻新发展理念为切入视角,新经济背景下的企业应主要从四个方面推动高质量竞 争新优势的培育:推动数字端组织耦合平台供需两侧的创新交互,建立起数字化竞争的弱关系网络与强 关系联盟,重视绿色价值创造对企业竞争的激励效应,始终坚持柔性化开放的战略逻辑。基于此,提出推 动我国企业培育高质量竞争新优势的路径和政策:加快数字基础设施的普及和更新,释放云计算、大数据 等新一代数字技术对企业竞争的数字红利;健全产学研深度融合的复合型数字人才培养体系,加快中高 级人力资本形成与转化;加大对企业数字化的政策支持力度,释放新一轮制度红利。
Under the background of the new economy, enterprise competition is facing a series of new changes, including the transformation of technological basis, institutional basis and market basis, competitive logic paradigm and competitive core under the new competitive environment. These new changes have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of enterprise’s competitive advantage. From the perspective of implementing the new development concept and under the background of the new economy, enterprises should promote the cultivation of new advantages of high-quality competition from four aspects, namely, promoting the innovative interaction between the supply and demand sides of the digital organization coupling platform, establishing weak relation network and strong relation alliance of digital competition, attaching importance to the incentive effect of green value creation on enterprise competition, and always adhering to the strategic logic of flexibility and openness. Based on this, this paper proposes paths and policies to promote Chinese enterprises to cultivate new advantages of high-quality competition, including accelerating the popularization and renewal of digital infrastructure, releasing the digital dividend of cloud computing, big data and other new-generation digital technologies for enterprise competition, improving the compound digital talent training system with deep integration of production, education and research, accelerating the formation and transformation of middle and high-level human capital, increasing policy support for enterprise digitalization, and releasing a new round of institutional dividends.
