By 2035,to basically realize modernization,we should put forward new requirements for cultivating and developing strategic industry from many aspects,such as promoting industrial structure transformation,promoting independent innovation,helping to achieve the goal of carbon peak and neutrality,accelerating to seize the commanding heights of global industries,and supporting the construction of a new development pattern.In the next 15 years,China should focus on the development of existing pillar industries after transformation and upgrading,such as machinery,electronic information,automobile,chemical industry,real estate,light textile,focus on the development of emerging pillar industries,such as new generation information technology,biotechnology,new energy,new materials,high-end equipment,new energy vehicles,green environmental protection,and also focus on the development of future pillar industries,such as brain intelligence,quantum information,gene technology,future network,deep-sea space development,hydrogen energy and energy storage.A“6+7+6”strategic industrial pattern is formed.We should aim at the main obstacles and difficult problems restricting the development of strategic industries,optimize the top-level design,deepen the reform in key areas,strengthen industrial policy support,improve industrial innovation ability,improve systems and mechanisms,and take multiple measures to help accelerate the development of strategic industries.
