Abstract:Based on the panel data of 15 cities(states)in the Jinsha River Basin from 2000 to 2016,the stochastic frontier analysis method was used to measure the industrial ecological efficiency of the Jinsha River Basin,and an empirical study was conducted on the factors affecting the industrial ecological efficiency.The research results show that the total industrial ecological level of the Jinsha River Basin has increased steadily,the industrial ecological efficiency has increased from 0.45 to 0.62,and the difference of the industrial ecological efficiency of each part of the Jinsha River Basin has narrowed and balanced.At the same time,the regional economic level and the factor endowment structure play an active and effective role in improving the industrial ecological efficiency,while the government’s regulatory efforts,industrial structure,market structure,and the dependence on foreign trade have hindered industrial ecological development to varying degrees.Therefore,establishing a basin-wide governance concept,setting up a regional linkage development mechanism,clarifying the focus of industrial development,and establishing a strict industrial access and exit mechanism are conducive to advancing the ecological development of the industry in the Jinsha River Basin.
