Abstract:With the going out of Chinesefunded enterprises and the introduction of foreign enterprises, the problems of cultural adaptation and social integration of employees of foreign enterprises working and living in different cultures and social environments make them become a special vulnerable group, and also become the target of social work. Social work intervention in foreignrelated enterprises can solve the problems of employee adaptation integration and sustainable development of foreignrelated enterprises. In order to achieve the adaptation, integration and development of relevant personnel in enterprises as the service objectives, the overall activity design can be carried out. Specific service implementation can adopt the mode of independent purchase of enterprises, joint purchase of services by the government and trade unions, and can also turn enterprise social work into routine work. In the process of serving foreignrelated enterprises, social workers should also presuppose their social and cultural adaptation and maintain a certain degree of diplomatic sensitivity.
