    摘要:

    通过对包含406个效应值的311篇文献进行元分析,来探讨领导成员交换与创造力之间的关系。结果显示,领导成员交换质量及其各维度的得分对创造力具有显著的正向影响,领导成员交换差异对创造力有显著的负向影响。文化情境、国家属性、测量工具等因素对领导成员交换与创造力的关系具有明显的调节效应;此外,基于社会认知理论,采用元分析结构方程模型来检验创造性自我效能的作用机制,结果表明领导成员交换能够通过提高员工的创造性自我效能从而对员工的创造力产生积极的作用,客观揭示了三者之间相互作用的内在规律,对领导成员交换关系质量的改善以及后续关于员工创造力的研究提供了更为可靠的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    A metaanalysis of 311 literature containing 406 effect values was conducted to explore the relationship between leadermember exchange(LMX) and employee creativity.The results show that LMX and its dimensions have significant positive effects on creativity.The LMX differentiation has significant negative effects on creativity.Cultural situation,national attributes,and measuring tools have obvious regulating effect.In addition, based on the theory of social cognition, this paper uses the structural equation model of metaanalysis to examine the mechanism of creative selfefficacy.The results show that the LMX can positively affect the employee creativity by improving their creative selfefficacy.Through indepth analysis, this study objectively reveals the internal rules among the three,and provides a more reliable theoretical basis for the improvement of LMX and the subsequent research on employee creativity.
