Community mutual support for the elderly means that under the mobilization of community organizations, community residents provide places, funds and services in the form of voluntary or lowpayed movement to support the development of community resthome. This paper takes Xiaoxia Village Nursing Home in Jinjiang City as a case to introduce the practice of village nursing home for community mutual support mechanism for the elderly with low operation cost and with the sustanaible development of village nursing home. The nursing home for the elderly in Xiaoxia Village is managed by the Senior Association of Xiaoxia Village, and the Senior Association of Xiaoxia Village coexists with the Village Ancestral Hall Management Committee,which are powerfully mobolizing the community resources.
